Develop Research Practice
To develop research practices, we have been collaborating with engineering colleges to support the final year students to further extend their final year project to research on contemporary issues in transportation. Trough bilateral MoU with Picasso Consultant P. Ltd. and tri-lateral MoUs with Kantipur Engineering College and National College of Engineering we have been supporting selected final year projects.
A huge shout out to all the women in Transport Sector
Women have been engaging in all sectors of the economy and social affairs. However, there is a very disproportionate representation of women in the transport sector work force. Through many hurdles and challenges, many have lead their dream in different sector contributing to make our infrastructure and services, and practices more inclusive, safe, friendly and progressive.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day on 8th March, 2021 we are introducing Women who have been contributing to transport sector from grassroot user as pedestrian, cyclist and vehicle driver to engineers, advocates, policy makers and change makers.
We have been advocating sustainable practices to improve daily traffic operations and service provision. Our activity and support extends from reporting minor errors in traffic signs and markings to policy requirements and content through our social media pages and participation in many events.
We have been actively collaborating with many such advocacy groups and organizations advocate on critical issues in sustainable transportation system.
