Research Assistant

Position: Research Assistant

General Purpose
Research Assistant will conduct and support to conduct research and development activity, and collaboration outreach among existing and potential partners.

Minimum Requirement:
The appliant should have a Bachelors’ degree in Civil Engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) with aspiration to research in the field of transport.

Key Responsibilities:

A.     Research and Development 

  • Conduct literature reviews and gather information on research topics.
  • Assist in the design adn implementation of research methodologies. 
  • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data using various tools and software. 
  • Prepare repots and presentation to communicate research findings to the team and partners.

B.     Project Assistance

  • Participate and support project planning and execution. 
  • Assist in the development and testing of prototypes.
  • Document research processess and findings.

C.     Communication and Collaboration

  • Coordinate with partners and individuals related to the research and project.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions 
  • Collaborate and prepare articles, research paper, and other materials to dessiminate research and development concepts.

D.     Learning and Development

  • Actively seek opportunities to learn new skills, technologies, concepts and methodology. 
  • Attend workshops, seminar, conferences and other knowledge dessimination events.

D.     Other

  • Support aligning and achieving organizational goals and objectives. 

 Remuneration: As per SSTN Rules and Regulations. Taxes will be applicable as per GoN Rules and Regulations.
